Spare Time in Stuttgart by Lucas and Dimitri

                                      Spare Time in Stuttgart

Stuttgart is an important tourist and university town. There is a great amount of shops and stores of every kind to please everybody.

Die Koenigstrasse, the Emperor's Street, is very famous because it's the longest pedestrian and shopping street in Europe.

It is 1.2 km long with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants.

It starts from the central station (the building with the Mercedes logo) and ends in the city centre close to the Town Hall (Rathaus).
This main street is very friendly and quiet unlike Paris because there are no cars. It's better for the environment and for shopping.

There is a huge shopping mall on a square of this street. It looks like an old Roman monument from the outside. It is called Konigsbau and has 5 floors. You can find a lot of things: clothes, videogames, furniture, etc... a bit like in Carré Sénart.

When you go abroad, you want to know if it's expensive to buy clothes in Germany. They cost the same price as in France, but it's awesome to go shopping when you're in another country.
